Our Team
Dr. Mark Allen
Dr. Mark A. Allen graduated from Kalamazoo College with a B. A. in chemistry in May 1977 and from the University of Michigan with a D.D.S. in 1981. He has a long list of continuing education seminars which highlights two summers of extensive studies with Joseph Clayton, DDS in 1992-1993 at the University of Michigan focusing on full mouth rehabilitation and work with TMJ. Dr. Allen was inducted into the American Academy of Fixed Prosthodontics in 2007.
Currently, Dr. Allen is a clinical instructor at the Kois Learning Center in Seattle, Washington, and averages 150 hours of continuing education per year. Dr. Allen is a member of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry and The Francis B. Vedder Society of Crown and Bridge Prosthodontics. He is a part-time faculty member at Western Michigan University and head coach of the Western Michigan University Rugby team.

Dr. Jorie Harris
Dr. Harris graduated from Alma College with a B.A. degree in Sociology in 2002. She attended the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry and received her D.D.S. in 2009. She is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry, American and Michigan Dental Associations, and the Kalamazoo Valley District Dental Society. Dr. Harris is a certified Invisalign® and 6 Month Smiles® Provider. She has completed the Faculté for Orthodontic Research and Education program. Dr. Harris is a clinical assistant professor at the WMU Homer Stryker M.D. School of Medicine and on the Advisory Board at KVCC Dental Hygiene program. Dr. Harris has recently become a Diplomate of the American Board of Dental Sleep Medicine.
Dr. Katie Allen
Dr. Allen graduated from Midwestern University of Chicago Illinois in May of 2021 receiving honors and awards for excellent patient care as well as the outstanding student award from the American Academy of Periodontology. Since graduation, she has completed nearly 500 hours of continuing education; specifically focusing on oral surgery, implantology and cosmetic dentistry. Dr. Allen has graduated from the Kois Center as well as Implant Accelerator where she helps instruct though their Mentorship program. She has brought a vast number of other cosmetic procedures to our office including Botox and filler.
